What to bring
For in-person consultations, bring photos of your space showing current window treatments, furniture, or areas you want to address. If you have existing fabric samples or paint colors, those help us match tones accurately.
Window measurements should include width, height, and mounting surface details. For upholstery projects, knowing the age and condition of your furniture helps us assess structural work needed beyond fabric replacement.
We keep a reference library of fabric swatches on-site, so you can compare textures and weights in person rather than relying on digital representations.
Service area
We provide full-service installation within Greater Vancouver and surrounding municipalities. For projects outside this region, we can ship completed textile pieces with detailed installation instructions.
Complex installations requiring precise mounting or structural integration work best with our on-site service, but many items like bedding sets, table linens, and decorative pillows travel well and can be completed remotely.
